What is the age requirement?
The child usually has to be of elementary school age.
What do you mean by "usually"?
Children that are not of elementary school age may use the trampolines only if one or more guardian(s) of legal age enter, play with, and watch over the child. We strongly suggest guardians to watch over their smaller children regardless.(There must be one legal guardian per 3 children. The guardian must also pay for use.)
Can we start right away?
Yes, if not crowded, we allow entrances every five minutes. If customers have already signed the online waiver prior, please tell the front desk your name for a smooth sail. (It is possible to fill the waiver in-store as well,If it is your first time at Airjoy, you must watch the safety video on the second floor before entry).
Do we absolutely need a reservation?
No, it is possible to jump without one. (There may be a waiting list if crowded.)
Do you take credit?
Yes, we take Visa, Master, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover cards. We also take electronic money such as Suica, Pasmo, ID, Apple Pay, and QUICPay. For details, please click here.
What should we wear?
We recommend clothes that are easy to move in. There are customer changing rooms and lockers.
How does the time system work?
Customers can choose between 60,90, and 120 minute courses. The entrance and exit times will be written on the wristbands. (Exit times will be announced on the intercom ONLY on crowded days.)
Can we use grip socks from other trampoline facilities?
Can we jump barefoot? What about normal socks?
The trampolines are strictly a no barefoot zone. Normal socks are okay, however it is very slippery; we very highly recommend grip socks. If customers don't already have a pair, we sell original grippy socks for 200yen/pair.
As guardians, we want to watch over our kids. Do we have to pay?
Oberservers may enter the up to the black hallway strip of the trampoline area free of charge. It is also possible to watch from the second floor.
Is it okay if our kids go by themselves?
If the customer(s) has already signed the online waiver, kids may come by themselves. However, we cannot promise to constantly watch/ take care of the children. It would be preferable for the guardian and child to come together.
